To avoid giving a Keynote presentation, you can suggest alternative formats such as a written report, a group discussion, a hands-on demonstration, or a workshop. You can also propose using other presentation tools like PowerPoint, Prezi, or Google Slides instead. It is generally recommended to embed the keynote presentation directly into the presentation or document to ensure a seamless viewing experience for the audience. Embedding the presentation allows viewers to easily access and interact with the content without having to navigate to a separate link. However, if the file size is large or if there are concerns about compatibility issues, linking to the keynote presentation may be a better option to avoid any technical difficulties. Ultimately, the decision should be based on the specific needs and preferences of the audience and the presenter. **
